Cons:

Camera piccola poco accogliente all'arrivo senza aria condizionata attiva, un caldo enorme. Alla partenza la persona alla reception (uomo) prima di effettuare il check out mi ha fatto attendere per recarsi in camera a controllare se avevo consumato al frigobar. Per emettere la fattura richiesta ha impiegato 15 minuti. Sconsiglio vivamente questo Hotel. A Tirana ci sono tante strutture migliori con ottimi rapporti qualità/prezzo. Hotel troppo costoso per la struttura che è.

Within walking distance of the lively city center, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Cons:

The furniture and decor looked heavily used, which made the room feel tired despite everything being functional. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. It cooled the room well but would randomly shut off for no apparent reason. I made sure the settings were correct and that it wasn’t on Auto mode, but the problem persisted. I ended up sleeping close to the control panel so I could turn it back on every time it shut itself off, which made for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

My colleague and I enjoyed our stay at Illiria hotel very much and will definitely stay there again

We absolutely loved Denis, the Receptionist! He was SO helpful and courteous! It is thanks to him, as well as the hotel's comfort and cleanliness, that we are staying there again, on the way back to London, UK. Many thanks!!!
