Fair value for the price!
Pros:

The 24h reception made it easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was included with some tables on the terrace, offering a nice view over the city and the ocean. The location of the hotel is right in the centre, 5min walk away from the ocean.

Cons:

The breakfast options are the same each day. The room windows oversee the street with the next building right behind it, which requires curtains to be closed for privacy. Also, it could have been better silenced - the noise from the street and other rooms may be disturbing if you need a complete silence to sleep.

Die Lage war perfekt Stadt-nah und auch zu einigen Restaurants. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Wirklich sauber gemacht wurde das Zimmer nicht.
Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist zwar schön, aber optimierbar, Marmelade die schon seit Tagen steht, Sonntags noch nicht mal Obst zum Müsli.

Pros:

good location central and reasonable price given the level in Funchal. Staff very supportive in helping and good to have 24/7 support.

Cons:

Old facility, toilette not very clean, mosquitos inside, noise from the street, bed uncomfortable.

Location is amazing. Staff were really friendly. Place is kept extremely clean.

Cons:

There is a glass recycling directly opposite the hotel. They come and unload the glass at all hours of the morning and it's extremely loud.
