Nice modern comfortable apartment but far away from everything
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff but no English at all. The apartment was very modern and new in a safe area with easy check in\out. The building was quiet in a good area. The WI-FI was very reliable, a great shower, a washing machine which was a plus. Great communication prior and during my stay. Very comfortable bed and quiet at night, clean apartment and communal areas.

Cons:

The problem for me was the location. One needs a car there. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance, not even the subway which was just under 5 km from the property. There was a kitchen but not anything in the kitchen other than 2 coffee mugs. No pots and pans but a stove! No plates or silver wear or anything to prepare a meal. I thought the rates were a little too high for what was offered.
