おおむね満足
Pros:

ロケーション
観光地で人気の堺町通りからほど近くお土産品の購入に便利です。
ただ、小高い丘の上なので堺町通りからの登り坂は100メートル以上急な坂を登るため人によって(足腰弱い方)は辛いかも。トレーニングと考えるとこの坂はありがたい。出世坂とも呼ばれている？

部屋
広く一人なのにベッドが三つ、ベッドルームとリビングが別の部屋のためくつろぐことができました。部屋のお風呂も足が伸ばせるくらい広くて良かったです。

建物
入り口はレトロな建築物ですが宿泊施設は新しくシンプルでおしゃれな作りです。

大浴場
5階に大浴場があります。
部屋と大浴場にはシャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープは備えてありますが化粧水、乳液、洗顔料等はありません

Cons:

昼近くに荷物だけ預かって頂こうと立ち寄りましたが、スタッフがなかなか来ずでした。20分くらい待ちましたが預かりに関しては心よく預かってもらいました。
落とし物をしてベッド下を覗く機会があり、ホコリがかなり前からの蓄積された状態、ただあまり放置していると衛生面で宜しくないので数ヶ月に一度くらいは掃除した方が良いのでは？

ゆっくり出来ました
Pros:

部屋が広い
個室トイレで手を洗えた
朝食、夕食ともにとても美味しかった

Cons:

バスルームのブラインドがなかなか上手く下ろせなかった。
部屋が1階のホテル玄関のすぐ側だったので気になりましたので。

リーズナブルに泊まれるタイミングで感謝いたします。
Pros:

名建築の玄関でノスタルジックに浸れ、宿泊棟は現代的におしゃれで快適でした。駐車場も広い。

Cons:

大浴場のサウナが故障してるのは、予約が確定する前に前に教えて欲しかったです。旅先でのリフレッシュにと楽しみにしてました...。

a convenient quiet spot in otaru
Pros:

the property is located very close to sakaimachi st. which everyone visits. my room was larger than i expected and really quiet. the bath was equally large. the manager/owner? was friendly and able to speak some english.

Cons:

the property is located in a hilly spot that requires some effort to reach. within the hotel there are a few places where the ceiling is low for someone 6 feet in height.

Etape agréable
Pros:

La partie ancienne de l’hôtel était bien , la chambre était spacieuse dans la partie très moderne.

Cons:

La chambre bien que fort grande avait peu de charme.
L’hôtel se trouve au-dessus d’une petite route qui monte très fort, personnellement ns étions en voiture pas de soucis.
Pas grand chose à voir à Otaru.

Awesome place !
Pros:

Very roomy clean abs comfortable, we had breakfast and dinner it was lovely! Only stayed one night sadly !

Cons:

The pond that our room overlooked was rundown and a little un slightly ! And the pillows were lumpy hard and only one pillow each ! Not a fan of showering in a bath!

房間空間滿大的舒適，地點很好離小樽運河約12分鐘左右，走路下山即抵達老街，房源位於老街中間段方便購物與飲食，早餐還不錯要說非常優秀沒有，提供停車場很適合自駕者。

スタッフ方の対応は気持ちの良いものでした。建物は小樽らしく良い雰囲気で部屋も広く良かったのですが、ロケーションが…大浴場もしかり、隣の施設が丸見えです。そこは残念でした。
Pros:

寝室とリビングが分かれてるのがとても過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

窓が大きくていいのですが、隣の施設から丸見えでロールカーテンを下まで下ろさないとくつろげる空間にならなかったです。昼間だけどロールカーテンを下まで下げるので暗かった。。あと洗面所の水捌けが悪くあさまで床に水が溜まってました。
