Airco op de kamer zou welkom zijn, maar dat is dan ook het enige minpuntje.

Zentrale Lage, schöne Außengastronmie, charmantes Atrium im Frühstücksbereich, höfliches und professionelles Personal, hochwertige Hygieneprodukte, Wasserautomat in der Lobby
Preis - Leistungsverhältnis knapp 350€ pro Nacht für zwei Personen im kleinen Doppelzimmer, keine freien Parkplätze, zu wenig Platz auf der Toilette, da die Heizung sehr ungünstig angebracht war, fehlende Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche, zu kleine Nachtische. Alles in allem nur Kleinigkeiten.

Very efficient and friendly, helpful staff. Lovely, historic hotel. Perfect location.
As it was hot weather, I missed air conditioning. However there was no sun coming into my room, I had two windows which let in a breeze so it was not too hot.
We stayed here during a festival, so we mostly used the room for sleeping, but our overall experience was very positive. There were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, but the staff resolved everything quickly and went above and beyond what we expected - that level of service was worthy of a 5-star hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, including an à la carte egg menu where your eggs are freshly prepared just the way you like them. Although it got slightly busy due to the hotel being fully booked (that is expected during the festival time), the breakfast team remained attentive, efficient, and made sure everyone was well taken care of.
Communication through Booking.com was quick and friendly, and the team was always responsive to our questions.
Overall, we would recommend staying here, whether you’re visiting Kortrijk or looking for a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding area.
