Ambiente arborizado, sem barulho, ótimo para descansar.

Cons:

Fica um pouco longe de restaurantes e como é beira mar o acesso é por estrada um pouco ruim, mas cerca de uns 2 km você encontra mercados, bares, restaurantes. Mas vale a pena uma vez que o ambiente é muito propício para relaxar, com redes, acesso ao rio, muito bom!
