Don't Bother
Cons:

The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. Only surface clean. I found a fork under a lounge cushion. It was not close to anything.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Unit was dirty and not cleaned,water was cold,blood on bathroom wall,pubic hair on bathroom floor,TV remote was broken,sink tap was loose no soap in one bathroom,hardly any coffee tea bags ,unit is the worst we have stayed in over 30 years visiting surfers.unit needs periodic maintenance and should l d have a FW NFW form to fill in.staff were good

The room had a massive hole in one of the rooms,when we first entered into the rooms,it was filthy hadn't been cleaned properly.Hotels should not be making bookings with customers,unless they are in good standards,especially the price we paid which was not cheap for two nights.The balcony floor was discusting.Would not encourage anyone to book at this hotel.Management or staff had not know about this apartment,until we had brought ot to their attention,when we first entered the apartment.

Pros:

Great location, lovely staff, great parking facilities, and lovely amenities.

Cons:

We had a few things broken our room, one of the privacy screens wouldn’t move so the view was constantly obstructed, one bed leg had come off and the spa wasn’t available to be used

Pros:

The stay in the apartment was good, the beds were comfortable, the balcony had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The staff was very friendly and responded to our requests.

Overall, not a good experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Location is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. The apartment felt dirty, with more of a “party apartment” atmosphere than a comfortable place to relax.

The cushions on the double bed room were stained with questionable marks, and the blanket placed on top of the bed was just a small throw covered in stains, which was really unpleasant. Overall, the cleanliness standard was far below what I expected.

I also forgot a nightgown in the apartment after checkout. When I contacted the property about it, I was told that nothing had been found, which was disappointing.

Also, the spa doesn’t work.
