الفندق جيد لقضاء ليلة واحدة فقط عند الضرورة او في حال اراد الشخص الاستفادة من الموقع، غير ذلك انا لا انصح به ولن اعيد زي

الموقع ممتاز وفريق العمل مضياف على الرغم من عدم وجود مكتب للاستقبال حيث انك تستلم مفتاح الغرفة من المطعم

Cons:

للاسف لا يوجد مصعد والدرج عالي جداً
عند استلمت الغرفة دون ازالة نفايات الحمام
السرر غير نظيفةً بشكل تشجعك على النوم
المكيف توجد به ماكينة ملحقة به كل نص ساعة تصدر صوت يستمر ما بين دقيقة الى خمس وعلى الرغم من شكواي فان فريق العمل لم يرسل احداً لصيانتها بمجرد معرفته بأن الصوت اختفى
لا يوجد عاملة نظافة للغرف حيث انه طوال فترة الاقامة لم تنظف الغرفة الا مرة واحدة وبعد الشكوى بعدم تنظيفها علماً انني كنت اعلق ورقة طلب التنظيف على الباب
الانترنت سيء
البراد يعمل ولكن لا يبرد
التواصل مع فريق العمل ليلاً دون جدوى حيث انه عندما حدثت مشكلة المكيف لاول مرة اتصلت على الرقم الذي تم تزويدي به ولكن دون مجيب

Pros:

Le lit est confortable. L'accueil agréable. Il y a la possibilité de manger sur place car il y a un restaurant juste au-dessous (attention au bruit le soir). L'établissement est très bien placé, possibilité de visiter Sultanahmet à pieds, il y a le tram et le métro (Sirkeçi) très proche. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Attention, ce n'était pas un point négatif pour moi (car il y a beaucoup de solutions aux alentours!!). Mais cela pourrait l'être pour d'autres personnes: le petit-déjeuner est servis tard (de 10H à 12H) et le service n'est pas à l'heure. Le premier jour, j'ai attendu 10 min devant l'établissement qui était encore fermé et sans lumière à 10H. Puis je suis partis vers la mosquée neuve pour prendre un petit-déjeuner (un mal pour un bien car il était délicieux). Si vous ne voulez pas perdre de temps le matin, prévoyez une bonne adresse pas loin.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return in the future.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The atmosphere felt warm and comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very safe and taken care of throughout the trip.

Cons:

We did not experience any major issues during our stay.

Уборка в номере была отличная

Cons:

То что завтраки подавались с 10:30, а то и с 11:00. Приходилось очень надолго задерживаться из за этого в номере

Pros:

Remek helyen, minden elérhető gyalog, vagy akár villamossal.
Kedves és figyelmes emberek.
Modern berendezés, kényelmes ágy és székek.
Még esernyő is volt kikészítve. Házipapucs is volt. A sampon jó volt.
Biztonságos.

Cons:

A szellőzőrendszer zúgása zavaró volt, még késő este is, a fal is remegett.
A wifi nem mindig működött.
A reggeli kiszolgálása és választék elég gyenge, 1x ehető. Nem volt reggeli étlap, választék, hoztak valamit, de minden nap ugyanazt.
A cicák kedvesek, de zavaróak az étteremben.
Az étterem tisztasága reggel nem megfelelő. A terasz nagy, de nem tiszta.
A szemeteskukák lábbal nyitható részei töröttek.Villanykapcsolók fordítva működnek, illetve nincs mind bekötve.
Légkondi/fűtés nem működött.
Jól záródó teraszajtók.

Hotel nicht buchen! Kein 2. Mal!
Pros:

Lage war gut!!!

Cons:

Dreckige und kaputte Bettwäsche, Gestank aus den Abflüssen, braunes Wasser aus Waschbecken und Toilette. Musik im Restaurant bis weit über 24 Uhr
Beschwerden wurden ignoriert und Mängel wurden nicht behoben!

الفندق لطيف جدا وفيه كل المستلزمات
الفطور كافي لبدايه يوم طويل في استنبول
الموقع ممتاز جدا...جداا..جداا.
قريب على كل الاماكن السياحه ..
هناك محطه ترام وقطار بالقرب ايضا

À FUIR !!!!! un calvaire… petit déjeuner, que dis-je…. l’assiette avec deux morceaux de concombres, un morceau de fromage et des olives, servie après 10h. Sachant que nous sommes arrivé en bas pour le petit déjeuner, le restaurateur a souhaité qu’on attendent dehors dans le froid… de plus la chambre et très petite, la douche est moisi avec des odeurs d’égouts. Le chauffage marche très peu voir pas du tout, sachant qu’il m’éteigne avec le service de chambre. Nous avons donc demandé un remboursement qu’il nous a refusé. il voulait annuler la réservation sans nous rembourser, nous avons donc continué notre séjour étant à la rue…
