Nice room at central location
Pros:

Central location at walking distance to shops and river side. Friendly staff and nice clean room in a historic building.

Cons:

It is an old building which means the occasional spider or ants encounter. Unfortunately the wifi had no connectivity for a couple of days.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Good location, very close to restaurants, shops, ATM & city centre.

Cons:

When I arrived, the reception from the staff was very poor. I had lost one night of my reservation due to transportation delays and arrived the following day. When I asked if there was any possible compensation or solution, the receptionist simply ignored my question and gave me no response.

No one showed me around the property or explained any of the facilities. I didn’t even know where the swimming pool was, and it turns out it’s not actually on the property, it seems to belong to another hotel.

The rooms do not look like the photos. The complimentary bottled water had obviously been sitting there for a long time. It was dusty and had visible particles inside, unlike the fresh water normally provided by hotels.

For the price I paid, this hotel offers very poor value. I moved to another property afterward that was much cheaper and provided a far better experience.

Cleanliness was also disappointing. The glasses were covered in dust, the decorative cushions and bed runners looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time, and the curtains smelled terrible.

The staff were unfriendly throughout my stay. I understand there may be a language barrier, but they consistently came across as hostile and did not make me feel welcome. They didn’t even explain basic things like the Wi-Fi.

The hotel is also extremely noisy, both during the day and at night. Behind the property, there seems to be a house or another building where people regularly have karaoke sessions or parties, making it very difficult to rest or sleep.

Finally, the blackout curtains do not close properly, so the room never gets completely dark.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

La camera spaziosa e pulita. La colazione era buona. Non abbiamo usato la piscina ma sembrava bella. Alcuni membri dello staff sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto il tasso di cambio vnd-kip e ci è stata comunicata una cifra, che abbiamo accettato. Al momento effettivo di cambiare i contanti la cifra è stata cambiata. Infine è stato anche arrotondato per difetto quello che ci spettava. La differenza era di pochi dollari, tuttavia non è stata una bella esperienza

Les deux piscines, une chambre familiale avec un espace parent et un espace enfant , la décoration est jolie les lits sont confortables et la douche est séparée des toilettes

Well located nice charming hotel by the river
Pros:

It’s well located near restaurants and bars but not in the busiest area of town. Our room faced the river with a nice view. Breakfast was great and rooms spacious. All staff specially Bee were really friendly
They helped us booking the train and pickup to train station
