Pros:

El chico que se queda 24h en el hotel que es super agradable y servicial, tube un problema con el aire y estubo mas de 1h intentando ayudarme.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado al minimo hace mucho ruido y no puedes encenderlo por que si no te hielas, al minimo.
Por lo demas si arreglan ese tema hotel hubicacion perfecta si cojes el ferry y la cama super comoda y television con netfliX.
La verdad que esta muy bien espero que arreglen el aire.

Cons:

Gute Lage für die Fähre und toller Nachtmarkt – aber das Badezimmer ist eine KatastropheWir haben das Green Residence Hotel lediglich für eine einzige Nacht gebucht, um am nächsten Tag völlig stressfrei die Fähre nach Koh Phangan zu nehmen. Für diesen reinen Zweck war die Lage nahe am Pier in Ordnung.Viel Positives lässt sich über das Hotel selbst allerdings nicht sagen. Die Zimmer sind extrem spartanisch und wirklich nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Ein absoluter Schwachpunkt ist jedoch das Badezimmer: Die Dusche und das Bad sind schlichtweg katastrophal und gehören dringend rundum erneuert. Alles ist einfach nur schwarz gestrichen, was dem Ganzen die Atmosphäre eines dreckigen, dunklen Lochs verleiht. Hier fühlt man sich absolut nicht wohl.Einziges echtes Highlight: Direkt vor der Haustür findet ein kleiner, sehr gut besuchter Nachtmarkt statt. Hier kann man abends wunderbar schlendern und essen, was uns sehr gefreut hat.Man muss hierzu natürlich betonen, dass der sehr günstige Preis die ganze Sache relativiert und man das nicht verkennen darf. Wer mehr bezahlt, kann auch mehr erwarten – für den Preis ist es für eine Nacht eben ein reiner Zweckbau.Fazit: Als stressfreier Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht vor der Fähre aufgrund des Preises gerade so akzeptabel – wer Komfort oder ein ordentliches Badezimmer sucht, sollte sich definitiv nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Pros:

Logement très pratique, à 3min à pieds du port. Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit mais le personnel est très sympa, la chambre bien équipée, et l’hôtel est à 5min en taxi de l’aéroport !
Si vous ne passez qu’une nuit et que vous prenez l’avion le lendemain je recommande fortement !
