Pros:

The family room is so spacious and has a comfy couch which the other rooms lack - this is where I do my work and it's more comfortable to watch the television. Otherwise I stay here for the cleanliness, comfortability and spaciousness of the bathroom facilities. What needs improving is having a microwave in the room and the vegie bar in the hotel is not tasty.

Overall very good.
Pros:

The location and the meals at the hotel were excellent. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Cleanliness was a problem when we arrived but the staff dealt with it with efficiency and care. No problems after that except that both we and the staff were unable to contact anyone at Booking .com to even discuss the possibility of a refund. And the staff were unable to provide a refund because we booked through Booking.com, but when we tried to go through Booking.com the web site directed us to go the the motel management. This is not a criticism of the friendly hotel/motel staff but of Booking.com which we will never again!
Rooms really need to be upgraded and the water pressure in the shower was poor.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Good location at the back of the pub. Very very basic. It is a case of getting what you pay for. The carpets need ripping up and the fact it has a shower curtain speaks volumes. With a bit of TLC it could be great but sadly not now.

Cons:

It’s very small and dated. Shower curtains in this day and age in a hotel just don’t cut it. The carpet is unsanitary
