I couldn't have found a better place for this short stay - will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

This place is amazing - for a start, the WiFi had a speed of over 500mbps... What more could you want? Overall, the place was in a fantastic location - right where you want to be for a short stay. It was clean, and had all the bits you might need. The host if very thoughtful, even leaving some laundry detergent in a cup in case I needed to use the washer and dryer. The place had great natural light during the day.

Cons:

There's some long term construction going on across the road, which wasn't really a problem at all, but when it's done it'll help with the view out the window a bit.

Pros:

The best host you can have. Smoothy communication via what's app. He keeps our luggage for our return. Very convenient location and good price. He scanned the papers that my mother forgot.

Cons:

Some minor problem with the apt, we tell the host. Hope that it will be solve. Very good location.

Great location, comfortable and easy check-in/out, very helpful staff who suggested places to go!
Pros:

Hadi, does a great job running the rental units. He gave us a choice of several units based on proximity to some construction and personal preference. Though there was construction during our whole trip and likely will be for quite some time, the noise wasn't bad and they finished early in the evening so noise didn't bother us. The lighting they had up for the walk way kept the unit a bit brighter than we prefer for sleep but there are nice curtains on all the windows to keep most of the light out. There are pots (stainless), pans (non-stick), plates and utensils, as well as washer, dryer and a dish washer. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a massive kitchen/living room area in our unit. Best of all (for anyone looking to be in the middle of Old Town action) is the location. We were able to walk out the door and be about 50m from the main walking street. Within a 20 minute walk of pretty much any sight seeing location and lots of restaurants and shops all around. Very clean area even with the construction site across the alleyway.

Cons:

We don't use non-stick pans so for personal preference, we would have liked to know what there would be for cooking. Some of the heat registers made quite a bit of noise (likely air in the system). I was able to just turn the temperature on them down and they eventually stopped, this happened at night when the outside temperatures dropped so it did mess with sleep for a couple of nights.

Pros:

Super Lage in der Innenstadt, neue Betten und neues Sofa.

Cons:

Aktuell zeigen alle Fenster der Wohnung zu einer großen Baustelle, sodass es wochentags morgens sehr laut ist. Generell könnten die Bäder und die Küche etwas sauberer sein.

Daire büyüktü

Cons:

Apartmanın bütün camlarının önünden başlayan dev bir restorasyon inşaatı vardı. En az 1 yıl sürecek büyüklükte bir inşaat. Her sabah 6da uyandık inşaat sesinden. Dört gün boyunca uykusuzlukla mücadele ettik. Dairenin sokağı bile kapalıyd inşaattan. Tesisin sahipleri attığımız mesajlara cevap vermedi.
Kahve makinesi bozuktu defalarca söyledik.
