A marvellous stay - for senior citizens and children.
Pros:

The reception was warm and hospitality was outstanding. From the concierge, the front desk, the housekeeping team and the man who restored my TV 😍 all of you are wonderful people.

We brought my aunty who is a wheelchair-user, she was very pleased with our stay. The location is superb as we could go on short shopping trips downstairs at the mall between solat times and have my aunt rest a bit before starting again.

The money changer just outside the hotel also offered an encouraging (☺️) rate compared to those at the mall downstairs.

The rooms are very spacious, we stayed at 3 twin/double rooms and a family room. When everyone gathered in one room, suprisingly we can all fit in one room to accompany my aunt during her rest times.

The beds are comfortable, the pillows are just nice, not too firm or too fluffy. Bottled water was topped-up immediately when requested. Several TV channels are available. Toilets have bidets and bath tubs. Shower heads have the appropriate water pressure, temperature was also optimal and hot showers late at night was never interrupted with cold temperature or low water pressure. Toilettries are adequate, the shower gel is fragranced well and moisturising.

We requested our 4 rooms to be placed nearby and this request was granted. We were all put on the same floor, within the same vicinity.

The breakfast buffet was abundant in variety. Sushi, vegetarian Indian dishes, dim sum, noodle soups, nasi lemak, pastries, cereals, the deletable yoghurts, the usual English breakfast items (like sausages), pastas. Endless choices for an affordable price. The only downside was when 7 of us were put in a table for 5. I questioned this logic and we did request a bigger table but was responded with "they are full" while gesturing at the empty tables. The situation was rectified by this very nice, tall, sharp-looking man. Another man in his suit (there were two). His hair is well-kept and short.

Cons:

To the less accommodating man at the breakfast area (he did look flustered before he offered us that small table) I just wish you would be more emphatetic to senior citizens in wheelchairs. If you have a bad day, please don't take it out on others.

انا ذهبت وبعد الحجز والدفع عن طريق الابلكيشن بوكينج عندما ذهبت للفندق قالو لي الفندق ممثليء انتظر الي الساعه 3 اليوم الثاني يمكن يخرج عميل وتسكن انت مكانه ذهبت ولم يسترد لي المبلغ والغيت الحجز لكن لم يعود المبلغ واخذت قرار اني لان احجز عن طريق بوكينج مرة ثاني
