Reception staff is very helpful.
Tuk Tuk free service (within 3 km radius of the hotel) is very appreciated (to go to the MRT station for example)

Pros:

The view was nice, it was pretty close to everything without feeling too crowded or touristy. The staff were nice.

The beds were rock solid, I did some research and found out it can be quite common. Otherwise no complaints.

Not high speed internet
Pros:

The bathroom was great and large .

Cons:

I book this hotel for the supposed high speed internet. But internet is not high speed at all and available on only one device. Which was a problem for us and our work . At the check in the ask you cash only , so if you dont have cash on you , the check in is not possible .
