Forgot fruits and drinks in fridge but did not get message or reminder to collect them.

Was not happy at all even myself they ended up changing me to other room the shower was not working
Pros:

The toilet of other room was not flushing we complained at the reception but to no avail as the boys they ended up the bin which was in the room to flush waste
