Great location but needed great remodeling and repairs
Pros:

The location is great, but the hotel needs major repairs.

Cons:

I reserved a room for three adults and paid extra for breakfast well when I got there they didn’t even tell me about it. I had to ask and they said it was only for 2 people, so they charged me extra for the extra person. The rooms need repairs and remodeling especially the bathroom area. They didn’t even have a blow dryer or an iron in the room. Will definitely not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable, right in the downtown of Queretaro. Bad restaurant service
Pros:

The building, the room, the ladies at front were very nice. They did their best. Not the same with the restaurant staff, unfortunately.

Cons:

Breakfast is offered at 8:30 am
It was never on time. I didn't get Breakfast one day and the following day, I got sick after breakfast 😞
They also had to change the shower faucet. That was good

Buena ubicación pero un poco deficiente

Me agrado mucho la ubicación, la locacion es óptima para moverse por el centro.

Cons:

No tenían secadora de pelo y nos hizo falta. La ubicación de la habitación era muy deficiente, prácticamente en frente de las mesas del restaurante: mucho ruido y exagerada luz. El desayuno fue muy malo: platos incompletos o mal preparados.

Très bel hôtel mais les services ne sont pas fonctionnels.
Pros:

Très bien placé, beaucoup de charme ancien. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Sur le papier tout est bien mais finalement pas de clime fonctionnelle, la baignoire non plus. Également problème d’eau chaude, et personne ne prévient …

Cucarachas en habitación

Cons:

Solo necesitábamos la habitación para dormir, sin embargo fue terrible, la tv no funcionaba y lo peor había cucarachas vivas que volaban en la habitación durante la madrugada. Desgraciadamente nos mandaron un mensaje diciéndonos que agradecían el reporte pero que por ubicarse en el centro, es algo que puede suceder, ofreciendo un descuento para la próxima visita pero definitivamente no volvería.

Carencia de estacionamiento en el hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal, la comodidad

Cons:

Que no habia agua caliente.

Que no tiene estacionamiento sino un convenio con estacionamiento público que esta a unas calles, o bien el subterráneo ( de cobro por hora) qué está a una calle o bien la opción de dejarlo en la calle.

Algo Descuidado pero Cumple
Pros:

Como tal nada, es un hotel viejo falta mucho mantenimiento pero por el precio comprendo, eso si, limpio muy limpio

Cons:

Hotel viejo, espejo muy manchado como quemado, habitación pequeña pero por el precio bien, no sirve su ventilador de techo ni aire acondicionado en hab 18 pero tienen un ventilador de piso, es bueno que sepan las carencias y lo agreguen, seguiré volviendo por el precio y ubicación
