One of our most memorable and favourite stays in Bali
Pros:

We spent 5 days at this wonderful property, the moment we walked in we loved it, the beautiful pool area and our Suite was so incredibly spacious and so nice. I loved the two separate areas, the loft for sleeping and the downstairs large sofa and storage for your belongings. Loved the huge bathroom too and there was plenty of hot water. The large deck outside our suite was perfect for drying our dive and swimming gear. What really made it a special and memorable stay though was Lisa the manager, she has to be one of the best property managers we have ever met :-) she is an absolute treasure, so great to chat to and so incredibly helpful and accommodating to anything you needed. She allowed us to check out later because our boat wasn't until the afternoon, she organised scooters for us, gave us tips and we enjoyed our chats. The property doesn't provide breakfast but there is an abundance of cafe's in the main strip only a couple of minutes walk away, can highly recommend Jungle Bakery, Tiga Cemara Cafe and Bonzer Street Cafe. The Villa is also close to the beach about a 2 minute walk which takes you to Mola Mola bar and warung which is a must especially for sunset cocktails and the staff there are friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Nothing :-) Only a couple of suggestions sheer curtains on the Suites which would provide privacy but you can still see out to the pool area without having to close the main curtains all the time. Also some umbrellas for the sunbeds to provide shade, the pool area gets a lot of sun.

Un coin très calme à quelques mètres de la plage. Proche de la rue principale mais assez éloignée pour dormir sans aucun
Pros:

Tout ! Le service, l’emplacement, la gentillesse et le sourire de Lisa au quotidien. Elle donne le maximum pour satisfaire les invités !

Cons:

Wifi parfois capricieuse mais encore une fois Lisa est réactive pour essayer de résoudre le problème.

Pros:

Lisa, the host, went above and beyond for my first time in Bali. She made me feel at home and safe and the property was excellent. The location was quiet, but located next to one of the best sunset bars, Mola Mola, as well as all the bustling warungs and shops on the main street.

The facilities were excellent. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, the pool was absolutely what I needed after a hot day.

Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Bali

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is minor. I would have liked a few more places to hang things to dry. The bathroom had a couple of hooks and a rack, but with a couple of towels, swimsuits, shirts, and other wet items, I was running out of space as a solo traveler. I might have too much stuff,

Lisa is a wonderful host, she makes the place next level
Pros:

The location is a quick walk to either beach or Main Street (1min) up the end where everything is a tiny bit more quiet and more personable than the busier mushroom bay.

Cons:

I didn’t mind the steep stairs to the bedroom but if you are less mobile be mindful and book a bungalow instead. We stayed in the thatched hut.

Pros:

What a great place! The rooms were very comfortable, great hot water, cool air conditioning, beautiful pool, great location. There is no restaurant on site but that was no problem as there were so many options nearby including a great French bakery. Lisa was amazing and is a real asset to the accommodation.

Pros:

Everything, the pool and even though they were doing some work on reception at the time we were there,it didn't inconvenience us as there are shops, cafés and restaurants close by and we had a kettle and a cup
