First off, the payment was supposed to be made on site at the property. But they reached out to me on WhatsApp asking me to make the payment even before I arrived. The room had a really weird stale smell. Their welcome email upon booking said they could help with airport transportation but when I messaged them, they said they were not able to help arrange it. My flight was to land at 11pm so I asked if i could have food delivered ahead of my arrival and they refused. They were only interested in my making payment before my arrival. Never going back.

Pros:

I like the room upstairs backing the waters. The spacious room and large bed with the TVs. The food and drinks are nice and affordable.

Over all good. Breakfast and drinking water should be unlimited.
Pros:

Staff is good. Rooms are good. Location is good. View is very good with a lake.

Cons:

Breakfast is very limited. They do not provide drinking water except 2 small water bottles per day. There should be drinking water facility.

I dislike everything and absolutely unprofessional and a very useless customer service . I booked and only to call that I would be on my way and the lady told me there isn’t any room and I know they did so because they gave the room to walk in customer but then I ain’t surprised as a Nigerian but I live in wales Uk 🇬🇧. It is just about greed and also being unprofessional because this has never happened to me before abroad and other European countries I have been too . Even the receptionist had no single remorse in terms of communicating and was her apologies was like she was being compelled after I still corrected her . Absolutely shyte .

Encounter with Front desk staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice.

Cons:

They should allow reservation to run fior 24hours.
I got there very late and to my surprise the lady at the reception informed me that my booking has been canceled that he called me and l didn't pick my call and advised me that if l can go to another of their branch..
Though it was later resolved by the intervention of the Manager .

A room was later allocated .

Please work on that and give a good briefing to your front desk staff..Because that singular action turned me off after a hectic journey. .
Apart from that Everything is excellent.
