Would not recommend this place.
Pros:

Property is clean.
Staff was polite and assistance was provided with our needs e.g. hot water and cups.
The owner was able to move my booking due to cancellation of my flight, with additional fee of course.

Cons:

Place is not accessible, need a service to get here.
We felt unwelcome esp. when I forgot to include my 10 year old niece on head count.
The way they approached us was a bit rude, might be they’re thinking that I intentionally didn’t include my niece on checked in.
They asked for 500 extra cost for my niece’s stay even though it says on their policy that children are welcome to stay for free.
When my mum asked for toothbrush (told her not to ask), the staff answered they are low cost accommodation and they don’t have. It is better to say, we don’t have toothbrush, we might consider that or I’ll speak to my manager about it.
We’ve experienced brownout, no generator but they provided rechargeable fans.
BTW, paid around 2500 for 1 night- 3 adults, 2 children.
Checked the same night, could get a room for 1500-1800 around the city area- accessible and no brownout.
