Great stay great facility and staff couldn’t do enough

It was great location loads to do

Cons:

Our room was amazing out in the courtyard. Brand new bathroom clean towels and bedding everyday but carpet was very dirty in both rooms. Also no privacy in back room as it’s near the laundry for the staff to enter and I got a fright when getting changed one off the male staff was outside my window.

Expensive and disappointing
Pros:

The location is fantastic

Cons:

The hotel is run down, walls and floors are dirty.
Carpets threadbare, They only serve instant coffee at breakfast. Tons of staff, friendly, but no sense of customer service. The price is unjustified, I left feeling ripped off. I had an executive room, but it was so old and smelly - I would never go back.

We had a couple of nights for a celebration. The weather was kind to us and we had a lovely day at Culzean Castle.
