Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz nahe an Roma Termini, wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Chefin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfreich. Sie ist praktisch immer da. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher, auch wenn man weggeht, gerade weil sie so viel da ist (es gibt auch einen kleinen Safe, nicht Tabletgröße, aber für Dokumente etc. geeignet). Das Zimmer war trotz der zentralen, belebten Lage völlig ruhig (nicht zur Straße hinaus, und das Fenster isoliert gut). Grundlegende Sachen (AC, Wifi) vorhanden und tadellos. Sauberkeit bestens. Der Tisch ist klein, reicht aber fürs Tablet (ich hatte leider an einem Tag zu arbeiten). Im Fall des Falls (bei mir Auto-Notfall) nimmt die Chefin die Zeiten für Check-in/Check-out unbürokratisch und gibt einem in aller Freundlichkeit mehr Spielraum. Es war eine gute Wahl.

Чистота номера на высоте - за это огромное спасибо .Приветливый персонал , хорошее расположение рядом с вокзалом , но при этом очень тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

В этом номере окно выходило во внутренний маленький двор и всегда было темно в номере гудела вытяжка из соседнего ресторана.

Mooie, grote kamer, lieve host!

Cons:

3 persoons-kamer bevatte echt alleen bedden (en 1 kast). Geen stoel of tafel. Geen waterkoker, geen koffiemaker. Dat staat niet in verhouding tot de prijs.

With no regrets!
Pros:

The location is amazing, close to everything — Coliseum, Fontana Di Trevi and all shops. It even had a restaurant right outside next to it and you can eat at the garden which was amazing and the food is incredible.

Cons:

The only not good thing I would say is about the AC maybe next time it can be a bit colder, I felt changing the temperature didn’t work properly as it kept the room at same temperature. And maybe to have at least a small body lotion as well. Other than that it was amazing.

Traveling for business I keep returning to Principe Amedeo, it's located just outside the Termini station, which is good if you arrive by train or by plane. I actually work at EUR, but from Termini it's just a 20 minutes tube ride. So I get the convenience of being located right in the center of the city and work in the outskirts.
