Pros:

Tesisin her şeyi çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Lobide ücretsiz çay kahve ufak atıştırmalıklar var . Merkez istasyona çok yakın ama önünde de metro tramvay durağı var

Locatie is erg goed, heel goed ontbijt, aanwezige snacks en drankjes. Mooi ingericht. Bagageopslag is ook fijn.

Cons:

Gehorige kamer, extra shower supplies zouden op verzoek beschikbaar moeten zijn maar dentalkit gaan vragen,was niet beschikbaar. Koffie zetten op de kamer werkte niet/lukte niet maar werd vanuit de receptie kosteloos gebracht

So glad we stayed there!
Pros:

The lighting was perfect, subtle, not bright white, and dimmable. The bed was huge and super comfy, and two big pillows each.
Lovely room!

Cons:

One night was noisy, sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor above us from 3am, then bins being collected in the morning. The hotel does give you ear plugs but we didn't use them. Still, I'd stay there again regardless.

Ubicación y desayuno excelente. Acceso gratuito a bebidas en el bar.

Cons:

El baño estaba divido en 3 partes (semitransparente) No era cómodo el inodoro por un lado con puerta semitransparente, la ducha tambien con puerta semitransparente y el lavado en el medio de la habitación. Muy incómodo.

Pros:

De locatie was top. Je loopt zo vanaf de binnenstad naar het hotel toe.
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en er stond altijd iemand bij de balie om je te helpen wanneer dat nodig was
Het is een perfecte plek om iets te vieren en een weekendje Amsteradam er van te maken

O hotel excedeu as nossas expectativas. Fomos fazer uma escapadela no aniversário do nosso filho e, dado que tinham disponibilidade, tiveram a gentileza de fazer um upgrade do quarto. Ficamos no 4.º andar (com elevador) num quarto quadruplo: grande, com camas super confortáveis, café e chá gratuito.
Tudo muito limpo e os funcionários sempre cordeais.
O hotel disponibiliza um espaço acolhedor, com música de fundo, onde se pode passar um bom bocado para descontrair, com oferta de snacks e bebidas gratuitas.
Outra mais valia é a possibilidade de deixar as malas antes de se aceder ao quarto, assim como após o check out.
A localização do hotel é brutal! Fizemos tudo a pé. Cerca de 3 minutos da Praça Dam, 10 minutos da Estação Central, 20/25 minutos da Casa Anne Frank, etc. De salientar também a existência de muitos restaurantes e lojas a uma curta distância, uma farmácia em frente e uma paragem de metro a 2 passos do hotel que permite fazer a ligação à Estação Central em 3 minutos.
Pequeno almoço muito bom. Não nos arrependemos de ter escolhido esta opção até porque adoramos a comodidade de ter o pequeno almoço no hotel. Neste ponto gostaria de referir que o acesso ao pequeno almoço é feito através de escadas, não tem acesso de elevador à cave. As escadas são em caracol. Descem-se bem mas não aconselharia a quem tem alguma dificuldade na mobilidade.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Se voltarmos a Amesterdão será o nosso hotel de eleição.

Excelente ubicación, varias cosas negativas para 350 la noche.

Lo mejor sin dudas es la ubicación, excelente.
Sin bien por su estructura parece algo antiguo, tenía detalles tecnológicos de comodidad que daban un contraste bueno. Desayuno aceptable. Bebidas free en el lobby es una idea original y buena.

Cons:

La relación calidad precio no es buena. Pague casi 350 la noche y me dieron una habitación bastante pequeña, la ventana daba al contra frente (era más bien un patio interno). La plata que yo decidí pagar al realizar la reserva no fue la que me cobraron en la tarjeta, y la diferencia no la explica el cambio euro/dólar porque mi pago original fue en dólares. Me cargaron casi 50 dólares más y cuando lo planteé en la recepción el chico que me atendió (Venezolano) no tuvo mucho que decirme. No me sentí bien atendido, más bien fue bastante irresoluto y tuvo cero empatía.
No tenía para guardar la ropa más que un perchero. El agua se salía de la ducha y mojaba todo el piso del baño, alfombras, etc.
La entrada al hotel no es para alguien con dificultades motrices, acceso solo por una escalera, donde había que subir las valijas a fuerza, el inicio de la misma estaba a 30 cm de un hueco importante, bastante peligroso. Creo que podrían poner una rampa y eliminar ese hueco, o por lo menos taparlo con una rejilla.
