We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. From the very beginning, the hotel impressed us with its excellent email communication before our arrival. Every question was answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our quad room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for four adults. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, making it easy to get a great night's rest.
The hotel also offered several amenities that really stood out for Amsterdam. Having both an elevator and air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during warmer weather. The Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable throughout our stay.
We loved the location, which made it easy to explore the city. The complimentary drinks in the lobby—including alcoholic beverages—were a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage before the scheduled check-in time. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day.
The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The frosted glass doors for both the shower and toilet didn't provide enough privacy, which was a bit awkward when sharing the room with four adults.
Overall, this was an excellent stay with outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
Poor value. Small room. Blue mirror light switch on all night. No washbasin in toilet. No plug in washbasin.

Perfect Location, managed to see all of Amsterdam’s main attractions just by walking alone.
Rooms were quite spacious and TV had a working a casting option for streaming services e.g Netflix.
Staff were also amazing.
Strange check in process where I had to fill all my details out on a tablet despite the receptionist standing right there. Filling details out like passport information, name, DOB. Seems like I was saving someone a job.
As other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong smell in room. It appears to be coming from the toilet without any way of masking it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife and our 15-month-old daughter. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the city.
Our room was spotless, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. We also really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks offered in the lobby. It's a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome.
Since our daughter slept between us, we didn't need an extra bed. The bed was spacious and very comfortable for all three of us.
The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Their positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended

Paid an extra 20€ for late check out at 1pm, however staff tried to come into our room at 11:30am. Then tried to say I didn’t pay for late check out. Had no problems up until this point, but really ruined the stay. They refunded the money after I asked.
De locatie dicht bij het centrum.
De buren naast ons en boven ons zijn mega luid en stappen super hard op de vloer dat je alles hoort meermaals gaan zeggen ze gingen het doorgeven aan die kamer dat ze stiller moeten stappen maar deden dit niet.
Ook buiten aan de ingang zagen we een rat lopen naar het hotel toe.
Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Location is perfect, close to the Central Station and cultural/shopping area (ex. Museumplein) is in a walking distance. Breakfast is full of choices and I could enjoy different tastes for my stay of 3 days.
