Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Die Zimmer sind gross, komfortabel und sauber. Ein grosses Lob geht an das Personal – alle machen wirklich einen tollen Job und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Persönlich enttäuscht hat mich jedoch das Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein, es gibt zu wenig Sitzplätze und auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht wirklich gross..

Was ich allerdings wirklich ärgerlich finde, ist die Angabe der Parkmöglichkeiten. Ein Grund, weshalb wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben, war die Information, dass Parkplätze vorhanden seien. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Hotel überhaupt keine eigenen Parkplätze hat und man stattdessen auf ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus verwiesen wird. Diese Information sollte meiner Meinung nach unbedingt klar und ehrlich kommuniziert werden, da dies bei der Hotelwahl eine wichtige Rolle spielen kann.

Cons:

We got a room that wasn't clean, then a room with no balcony despite booking specifically with the balcony, then finally 20min later got the room we paid for that was relatively clean. The staff is very rude, no hello nor goodbye. Wifi is virtually non-existent, so despite having smart TV, you cannot use it. There's full kitchen but not a single plate, bowl or spoon, so you can practically forget it's there. All in all, disappointing and definitely not a 4* hotel

Sehr zentral fussläufig alles erreichbar. Alles relativ modern eingerichtet.
Alle sehr freundlich

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche keine Gläser oder Besteck vorhanden.
Reinigung der Zimmer war auch nicht sooo das beste, aber hat gereicht
