Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the Changzhou Wanda Jiahua Hotel. What truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible level of hospitality and care for their guests.

​On my first morning, I inquired at breakfast if they offered konjac noodles. Although they didn't have them available at the time, Shen Lihong, the Marketing and Sales Director, stepped in to help. She went above and beyond by personally arranging for them to be purchased specifically for me.

​Furthermore, upon realizing that I do not consume sugar, she went the extra mile to ensure I had sugar-free yogurt available as well. The staff truly exceeded all expectations, making me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction!

Loved it. Definitely coming back.
Pros:

Excellent location, next to a Line 1 subway stop; close to a shopping mall and many local restaurants; big swimming pool, big gym with a table tennis table in it; lovely room, great staff. Huge, comfortable bed. Everything was perfect really.

Cons:

Hotel is slightly past it’s prime, just small signs of ageing here and there; swimming pool water was a little bit murky, so probably was due a clean up during our stay.

Good location to stay for business trip
Pros:

We had a really nice stay at Wanda Realm hotel. The room was nice and clean.
The staff was friendly and spoke English

Cons:

Breakfast could be more diverse, but in general it was okay
