Excellent !
Pros:

we stayed here as two guests and had a wonderful experience. the room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. everything felt new, including the furniture, which made the stay even more pleasant.

the location is perfect, right in the city center. most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which was very convenient for us.

the staff were amazing - very polite, friendly, and always willing to help.

the only small downside was that the bathroom was quite small and a bit inconvenient. however, considering the affordable price, we think it is absolutely worth it.

overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We had an excelent overall experience staying at Ninova. In our opinion the hotel offers very good value for the cost of
Pros:

- the room was large enough to feel comfortable;
- recently renovated rooms;
- rooms have a fridge and small kitchen facilities;
- good location;
- helpful and very friendly staff;
- had slippers, clean towels, overall good cleaning service;

Cons:

- water overflowed the shower cabin at times;
- found a couple of small stains on the bed linen;

Pros:

Curatenie impecabila, totul nou, personal extrem de amabil. Multe restaurante in zona, magazine, totul mult mai ieftin. Cazarea in sine 10+.

Cons:

Zona nu este cea mai fericita, destul de mult de urcat pana la tramvai. Desi pare o zona mai putin safe, va asigur ca e ok chiar si pentru solo traveler. Gasesti locuri de parcare in zona

По-прежнему отличный отель, но нужно быть внимательными, персонал не поможет, если что не так
Pros:

Мы уже останавливались в этом отеле в 2024 году и всё понравилось. В этом году всё также хорошо, но есть и неприятные моменты, из-за которых мы в следущий отпуск в Стамбуле, наверно, поищем другой отель.
1. Хороший приём, вежливое общение персонала. Встретили, мгновенно оформили. Проводили в номер без всяких задержек, помогли поднять и спустить чемоданы.
2. Аккуратный новый номер - всё, как на фото. В номере уже не всё такое новое, как в 2025г., но всё же всё хорошо сохранилось. И всё есть - чайник, чашки, чай, кофе, фен, вешалки и шкаф, разная подсветка. Удобная современная ванная, не тесная, ничего не забито, работает отлично. Дали две маленькие воды. Холодильник есть, но надо его включить при заезде - повернуть регулятор холода. Есть хороший кондиционер
3. В отеле очень чисто, хотя если присмотреться, то видна не очень хорошая уборка в номере
4. Очень приятно и стильно всё оформлено
5. С окон 4 этажа открывается вид на крыши и видны мечети Султанахмета
6. В отеле тихо.

Cons:

1. Мы бронировали за два месяца до заезда, надеясь, что в таком случае цены будут ниже. На самом деле ближе к дате заезда отель уменьшил цены почти вдвое, видимо никто не бронировал. Это было очень неприятно. Также мы забронировали один дополнительный день отдельным бронированием. При въезде мы предупредили, что у нас есть ещё один этот день. К сожалению, отель оказался не готов к такому, и когда подошёл наш дополнительный день, нас попросили переехать в другой номер, но при этом подождать два часа, пока уберутся. Мы хотели пойти гулять по Стамбулу, но вместо этого ходили около отеля и ждали, когда можно будет переехать. Это получилось потому, что мы забронировали другую категорию номера. И персонал не может на это повлиять - в их системе наше бронирование просто появилось с другим номером комнаты. В таких случаях лучше сразу уточнять, мы бы предпочли просто заселиться в один номер без переездов
2. Также при переезде из одного номера в другой мы забыли адаптер для зарядки. Мы попросили сотрудника забрать его из нашей прежней комнаты, но он нам отказал. Непонятно, почему это нельзя было сделать? Если я верно понял, у него не было ключа от комнаты. Но это же нонсенс. А если бы мы забыли там паспорт или что-то важное? У нас был самолёт через три часа из Стамбула и мы не могли ждать следующего дня, как он нам предложил.
3. В нашей комнате было два мертвых насекомых у чайника. И это после уборки. Также у чайника отваливается крышка.
4. Нет крючков в ванной комнате - некуда повестить одежду
5. Воды маловато. Лучше 2 бутылки по 0,5. Но лучше мало, чем вообще нет.
6. У чайника не работает кнопка выключения и отваливается крышка. Опять же, хорошо, что он вообще есть и работает.
7. До сих пор приходит сообщение на почту с просьбой поставить отелю 10 баллов на букинге и написать хороший отзыв. Это унизительное попрошайничество.

清潔感ある
Pros:

スルタンアフメトの中心地からクムカプの駅の目の前にありアクセスが良い。
内装が新しく水周りも清潔感あり。

Cons:

外から帰って来た時、ホテル入口のドアがロックされており、ドアをノックしてフロントのスタッフに開けてもらわなければならないことが2回あった。

Pros:

We hadden een aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf in Ninova Boutique Hotel. Leuke straatjes met restaurants vlakbij. Ideale locatie vlakbij de te bezoeken highlights. Een rustpuntje in de drukke stad.

Bardzo wygodny hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, dostateczna ilość miejsca na ubrania, porządna łazienka, gorąca woda od razu (nie trzeba czekać 10 min, żeby spuściła się zimna), estetyczny wystrój, dobry internet, pomocna obsługa, bardzo dobra relacja cena-jakość.

We had a problem with the taxi driver who tried to overcharge us, and the hotel owner and receptionist came to our defense. They are good people. The hotel is lovely and clean, as is the room.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip!
Pros:

Die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt. Fußläufig war alles zu erreichen und ein sehr fairer Preis.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist leider etwas "heruntergekommen". Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, aber leider dieses nicht erhalten. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt eine Moschee.

Fridge turns off when room key taken out when you go out. Fairly narrow steps to take bags up & down.
