Convenient and money worth.
Pros:

I was given ground floor upon request. Which is very convenient. The hotel is surrounded by varieties of food options and 24 hour convenient stores. Laundry is just a stone away.

Cons:

The noise and low pressure water despite being at ground floor. The door alarm was giving anxiety, a tad being too sensitive.

Good comfortable experience
Pros:

Hotel have lift so easy access to elderly and handicap, comfortable room.

Cons:

Can add on another waste basket in the toilet and one at the bedside

Pros:

Happy that the room has its own iron board.

Cons:

Too small, hardly a space to solat. Prayer area provided is good and comfortable but quite inconvenient for us ladies.
