Zero cleanliness. We found bed bugs on the bed the room had a strong unpleasant smell and the towels were old and worn out.
Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were very disappointing.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. If we return to Marrakech, we will stay here again.
Pros:

We love the location of this hotel. It's close enough to the city center and medina to be able to travel with ease, but far enough away to enjoy a more peaceful stay. The staff and the rooms are great. Rooms are similar to the standard western hotel chains.

Cons:

The beakfast could be improved greatly. We already knew that it was basic, being our third time staying here, each time for at least one week. However, on this last visit, the availability of the items had been reduced and wasn't consistent.

Pros:

L'hotel et le personnel sont bien.
Par contre la connexion wifi médiocre, il faut chaque 10 minutes entre le nom le N de la chambre et l'email pour avoir la connexion ce n'est pas normal.
