Perfectly located gem.
Pros:

Perfectly located in the city centre with fantastic welcoming staff, the room was large, clean with a comfy king sized bed. What more could you want? For the price, a complete bargain. Will be back.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great central location, close to Cavern Quarter, shopping district and Albert Dock. We had a triple room which was immaculate and equally the ensuite. Great nights sleep, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of car parks, bars and restaurants nearby.

Pros:

The location, bed and pillows are really comfy. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Cons:

The only problem is the leak from bath tub.

Lovely hotel even nicer staff
Pros:

Lovely comfortable rooms with fabulous staff in an ideal situation, ok it's above a pub, but that was no problem
There are no lifts but the Lovely staff offered to take our cases upstairs
The room was basic but comfortable
Downstairs pub does nice food and entertainment on the weekend, there is also a comedy club in the basement
The hotel is a few hundred yards from Albert dock and the same from the shopping centre

Cons:

There was nothing not to like maybe the lack of a fridge and no walk in shower but that didn't bother us

Perfect location, comfortable beds and a spacious room. I would definitely stay again

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. However if you’re looking for a quiet place to rest this may not be for you. We didn’t hear any noise in our room but we had been out ourselves during the day and night.

Great stay , good location
Pros:

The room was great, really clean and comfortable.
Wonderful nights sleep.

Cons:

Check in / out staff could be a bit more chatty, at arrival they shouted from other end of bar for my name despite me standing where it said 'check-in' then gave us the key etc. Check out the lady just took the key and said thanks ! , not "how was your stay?" Etc.
The rooms are NOT soundproof, we might aswell have been sat in the bar. Luckily it ended at 10:30pm and besides some drunk people getting back at 4am it was quiet.
Broken bedside lamp was quite sharp if you don't notice it could have sat back on it due to bed placement. Plug socket for kettle had stopped working in the morning but plenty more in room.
Towels weren't obvious but very nice .
Numerous steep steps to rooms should be mentioned too.
Despite this if was a nice stay and great location just a few little things that need sorting and noise/steps should be mentioned before booking.

Struttura centrale e accogliente
Pros:

Struttura centrale, a 10 minuti dalla stazione e dai Docks. La camera e bagno ampi e luminosi. Buona comunicazione e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

In bagno mancano dei ganci appendiabiti per poter appendere asciugamani e accappatoi.
