The bush setting, quiet, friendly staff
Didn't realise that I booked the room without the hottub
Everything from the staff, the food, the Spa, the cleanliness was top quality. I could ask for assistance at anytime from anybody and I was helped immediately. I was very impressed with the staff training. Everybody was working and speaking in unity.
Pillows too hard and lumpy.
This is a great experience. Less than an hour away from sandton, convenient drive. I booked this place as a R&R weekend, and it delivered. Travelling alone, I felt safe, especially at night.

The nature that surrounds the hotel. The Privacy of our Room, room 38. Bath Tub was amazing, shout out to Thabang who helped set the fire for the bath tub and he kept on checking on us to make sure that we have all the wood we need.
The spa treatment was amazing. Generally all the staff members where professional and available
I wished the pool area had a club house/bat area to chill. It would have been nice to chill by the pool with cocktails.
