Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Currently, we accept only Vaccinated guests into our property.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Standard room not child friendly i had a fucking hard time to make warm milk, ironing my clothes, need to go back n forth to the front desk just to settle a very minor matters for my family logistics.

great assist from the staff, to help us change rooms and strong water supply.

plenty parking at outside but is dark. not suitable for female visitor and at night is super dark due to no street light for more than 1 year..

Cons:

The room description did not mention that the Standard Queen room has no window. We only found out upon arrival, and the photos used for both the Standard Queen and Double Queen rooms are the same, which is confusing. The listings also do not show the room dimensions, even though each room is a different size.

We viewed a few rooms before settling on one because the first room we were given had a strong smoke smell. In the end, we upgraded to a room with a window for an additional RM20 per night.

Unfortunately, even the upgraded room still had a noticeable smoke smell, likely from other guests smoking on the same floor. The entire second floor had a smoky aroma.

As for the surroundings, there is plenty of parking outside, but the area is very dark at night. It may not feel suitable for female guests, especially since there has been no street lighting for over a year due to stolen electrical cables.
