Pros:

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The staff were attentive in every way and made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Understated beautiful design combining Mountain views and natural landscapes with an incredible onsen, cozy lounge and great bar. The views are incredible and the staff pays attention to every single detail from the pick up to your arrival and your wellbeing at all times

A very luxurious onsen experience with some of the best cocktails I've ever had!
Pros:

Cocktails and bartenders at night were exceptional. High end cocktails with top tier service. Also really appreciated all the complimentary snacks and drinks inside the room.

Cons:

Dinner and breakfast menu was very sophisticated but did wish the food servings were a little bit larger as I didn't end up feeling full after meals.

Sulla carta tutto perfetto. Dalle foto tutto sembrava un sogno. Diverso è la realtà. Al prezzo pagato mi aspettavo decisamente di più. Buono il concetto dei cocktail inclusi.

Attenzione a ciò che prenotate. Nella stanza 108 il bagno non è in camera ma solo condiviso. Nella stanza NESSUNA amenities compresi gli asciugamani. Docce solo condivise. A questo prezzo totalmente inaccettabile. Manutenzione generale necessaria sia in stanza che in parti comuni

Perfect location with an amazing view that truly made the stay special. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Very nice hotel, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We would rate it 8/10, as it was missing a bit of authenticity for us. The menu was more international, without Japanese dishes.

Pros:

The hotel gives the opportunity to enjoy a very relaxed and luxurious vibe. Beautiful views, attentive staff, great private spa, when choosing the free flow cocktails I would suggest sticking to the classics.

Cons:

I think that the rooms could use a little fresh up - especially the doors and bathroom/toilet areas.

Beware of the check-in and checkout times - they are very different to usual.
