The Wi-Fi was none existent in my room. Room 7. I needed it for doing some reports after work. When I booked that was one of my requests.

I did not like at ALL that the actions of the hotel on the day we checked out which need to be addressed.

My partner and I had gotten married the day of our stay. What we were then confronted with on the day after, which should have been a lovely relaxing day, was being sent a video via whatsapp that had obviously been taken & narrated by the cleaner - a video I am happy to share. This video showed that there were some empty food containers, some empty glasses and towels on the floor. Nothing too egregious (which I can testify to as I used to work as a hotel cleaner!!!!) - however we simply didn't clean up everything. If we were happy to do that we would have booked an airbnb not a hotel room!

This is appalling behaviour. To literally have the hotel send us videos to try and shame us for standard mess left in a hotel room. I do not know what they hoped to achieve by this but I found it rude, invasive, totally out of order and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying there to anyone else if this is how they treat hotel guests.

There was no breakfast facilities.
The waste paper bins were not emptied
We had cold water for two days, as the pub was not open when we left at 08.30 we could not report this to anyone.
It is not a Hotel but a pub with rooms in converted outbuildings.
The menu was limited in the restaurant.
We were promised a partial refund due to the cold water issue, a week later we have received nothing.

I couldn’t get much hot water, the bed was not very comfortable, there was no breakfast available and the wi-fi was too unreliable to use.

No water from the hot tap in sink. No bedding in room, only sheets.

We booked two rooms. In the both rooms, there were only one big bath towel and a small one provided. One of the showers had very low water pressure. And one of the fridge wasn't working. We left the Inn early in the morning. The restaurant was closed and no one was there us to return the key. So that we dropped the keys through the letter flap on the door which we weren't instructed at the check in.

Arrived at the hotel, checked in and paid, was taken to the room. No hot water. Rang for help numerous times, nothing was done. Then had a cold shower as had places to be, only to be barged in on by management saying we needed to leave as THEY had double booked the room. Suggested we shared a triple room with someone .. no apology, no sincerity, absolutely dreadful customer service. Dirty bedding with no bedding covers on, only one towel provided despite being two of us.. The mini fridge stunk of gone off milk / cheese, Would not recommend to anyone… £80 down the drain!

Curtains were left open before my arrival on a very hot day, and the blanket had been put on top of the fridge so that was working hard to work which meant it was kicking out a lot of extra heat.

L'appartamento piccolo, spazi stretti. Vasca da bagno in camera da letto non utile. Mobilio datato. Causa posizione dell'appartamento all'ultimo piano, il caldo in camera si è fatto sentire durante la notte.
