Very clean and staff were great.

Sleepless in Celtic Hotel
Pros:

Leaking roof , contacted reception no one available at 22:00 hours and complained in the morning , was told manager would call me back , he did not !

Cons:

tv in room did not work , water dripping through ceiling when raining , was torture ! Beds uncomfortably.

Pros:

Staff very helpful. Lovely welcome to the hotel.sorted out taxis for us comfortable stay.

Cons:

Didn't feel they had seats for us in the bar as it was busy serving food and no where to just sit and have a drink.

The first night we stayed before our holiday the rooms were great, staff great everything super clean we had no problem at all.

Cons:

When we got back from our holiday we were given a room that shouldn't have been used. It had a leak with a bucket in the middle of the floor with the beds all pushed Into a corner and it stank. after complaining there were no rooms to move to so had no choice but to sleep in it. We have since been robbed off said manager wasn't available then told we'd be called and emailed but radio silence since. Customer service is appalling

Pros:

Very conveniently located for the airport. Reasonably priced - good value. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Room and bathroom a little ‘tired’, but clean and comfortable.

Pros:

I’m sorry I didn’t get the lady’s name at the reception desk when we checked in. She was wonderful in helping with the parking, information and storing our refrigerated food.

Cons:

Need more lights in the bathroom. Also would be convenient to have a shuttle service to the airport.
