Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to both the airport and the city centre. There is a Lidl and a shopping mall nearby, and the apartment is comfortable.

Bardzo fajne miejsce na kilkudniowe zwiedzanie Pragi.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wszystko świetnie skomunikowane: tramwaje i metro pod domem. Kilka fajnych restauracji i knajpek. Dobra lokalizacja na zwiedzanie Pragi.

Cons:

Miałam lokal na drugim piętrze i było ok. Ale rozumiem ludzi, którzy musieli wchodzić wyżej, że mogło im być ciężko.

Extremely old apartment with all amenities but not upto standards. Definitely not worth a 3 star or 4 star rating sugges

Proximity to public transport and closeness to super market

Cons:

The age of the property the flooring were extremely poor. The bath tub was not easy to get in and the outer cover is partially broken. No basic kitchen items like salt , pepper , oil etc. basic utensils available but most of them not up to standards. For example the non stick coated pans were completely had extensive scratch marks

Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie nr 8. Było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy do codziennego życia z dwójką nastolatków. Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego i metra. Blisko galeria handlowa i restauracje. Dobrze działający internet i telewizja. Polecam.
