Pros:

Местоположение это единственный огромный плюс этого отеля. Общий душ и туалет всегда чист.

Cons:

Очень хорошо слышно что происходит в соседнем номере. Комната маленькая, но хуже всего, что окно выходило даже не на улицу а на небольшой задний темный дворик под накрытием. Ощущение что поселили где-то в подвале😕

Pros:

Zwei Betten, Lage Hotel, Frühstück

Cons:

Fast keinen Platz um die Betten herum. Fenster zum Schlüsseltresor hin mit entsprechendem Lärm wenn Nachts andere den Schlüssel geholt haben. Insektengitter so schmutzig, daß kaum Luft hindurch kommt.

Lovely views and a peaceful stay
Pros:

Fantastic views and a really quiet setting. The self check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake was definitely a highlight, especially on a sunny morning.

The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The manager was friendly and gave us some useful recommendations for places to visit in the area.

Cons:

A little way from Brienz station, so it’s probably easier if you’re travelling by car.

Fassungslos und enttäuscht
Pros:

Wir sind immer noch völlig fassungslos, dass man in der Schweiz ein solches Geisterhotel als 3 Sterne-Hotel anbieten darf.
Und dies zu einem Preis von Fr 300 pro Nacht!
Das Zimmer war ganz ok, aber das ganze Haus ist ziemlich heruntergekommen.
Wir schämen uns für all die ausländischen Gäste!

Das Fenster in Nr. 8 schmutzig und das Fliegengitter auch schmutzig. Für eine Nacht, na ja.
Preis Leistung, Gemeinschaftsbad und Toilette und ohne TV schlecht! Würde so nicht mehr buchen!

Cons:

Hinweis auf den online Check in kam zu spät. Restaurant nicht geöffnet, die Begründung " nur bei schlechtem Wetter" traf nicht zu.

Pros:

Çalışanlar genel olarak güler yüzlü ve destek oluyorlar. Brienz gölü manzarasının tadını gerçekten çıkarıyorsunuz, otelin belki de tek ve en güzel yanı bu.

Cons:

Otelin aşcısı işi bıraktığı için hayalet bir otele gelmiş gibi hissettik. Otel genel olarak kirli ve bakımsız görünüyordu. Nr yazık ki eskimiş mobilyaları bulunuyor, otururken bir sandalye kırılma problemi yaşadık.

Für eine Nacht war es ausreichend. Für länger hätten wir uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die nähe zum See und der nahe Badeplatz hat uns super gefallen. Das mit dem Self check In hat prima und ohne zwischenfälle geklappt. Das Frühstück war zwäckmässig. Jetzt nicht super vielfälltig aber es war alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Die beiden Doppelzimmer rochen sehr muffig und feucht. Das konnte leider auch durch öffnen der Fenster nicht geändert werden. Für eine Nacht gings. Wären wir aber länger geblieben, hätten wir das sicherlich beanstandet. Im 4er Zimmer war das Badezimmerfenster auf dem Balkon des Nachbarzimmers. Das fanden alle sehr befremdlich. Vielleicht müsste man da etwas ändern. So können die Nachbarn einem beim Duschen zusehen. Das passt so nicht. Und schaade, dass man beim 4er zimmer nicht eine 2. Zimmerkarte dazu hatte. Es war ziemlich umständlich mit nur einer Karte.
