Ok per una notte in coppia, niente di più
Pros:

staff cordiale, ed è stata l'unica cosa piacevole del soggiorno.

Cons:

Colazione: da cancellare, pessima, poca scelta
Camera: la metà di quanto dovrebbe essere grande una camera da 4, puzzava di fogna
Spiaggia privata: assente, (o almeno: si intende una loro spiaggia privata, invece devi pagare esterni per avere un lettino)
Parcheggio: impossibile

Good place to stay with kids

Publicité mensongères sur booking pas d'équipements pas de tv le lit remplie d'urine la salle de bain toute salle avec vue sur des appartements des habitants la porte du balcon s'ouvrer une fois sur 2 je ne recommande pas cette hotel et jai fait une réclamation a booking car jai du partir avec mais enfants pour trouver mieux

Hidden gem of a small friendly hotel.
Pros:

This hotel is a little gem. We stayed for 4. Nights and loved it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and really accommodating. They gave us lots of information and made our stay enjoyable. Very small hotel with an almost personal touch.
Breakfast was a table with self service drinks, fruit, fresh bread with spreads, croissants. Then a plated meal with eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, cheese spread. Coffee or tea as requested.
Location was perfect, bus stop near by to explore further beach directly behind. Lots of shops bars and eateries out of the door.

Lokalizacja i uprzejmy personel

Cons:

Za cenę 193 euro za dwie noce spodziewałam się wyższego standardu. Gdy weszliśmy do pokoju, zastaliśmy brudną nieposprzątaną łazienkę. Na podłodze był piasek, toaleta była brudna. W pokoju na podłodze leżały śmieci. W opisie hotelu jest napisane że hotel posiada basen. Tak posiada mały ogrodowy basen z brudną wodą. Śniadanie to dramat. Podawano najtańsze produkty. Dobrze, że a Albanii jest dobre pieczywo, więc jedliśmy chleb z ogórkiem i pomidorem. Na śniadania z kawą chodziliśmy do pobliskiej kawiarni. Telewizor nie działał. wieczorem woda była zimna. Pod prysznicem woda nie spływała tylko niestety trzeba było w niej stać. W opisie napisane jest, że jest parking. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu . Trzeba zaparkować przy ulicy jeśli jest miejsce. Dobrze, że spędziliśmy tylko dwie noce tym hotelu. Ogólnie dramat.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a small, family-run hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The location is perfect. As soon as you step outside the hotel, everything is right there – restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops. The beach is also very close. You can enjoy the city's nightlife just outside the hotel, yet inside it is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep.
There is also a lovely small swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The owner and staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. You can really feel that this hotel is run by a family who genuinely care about their guests.
The breakfast was delicious. We are on a special diet and asked for a few changes. There was no problem at all – they prepared extra eggs for us and happily adapted the breakfast to our needs.
We are quite demanding when it comes to hotels, and we believe this hotel offers excellent value for money. For such a reasonable price, it is a fantastic place to stay right in the heart of the city.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Durrës!

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. If I had to mention one small thing, I would say the swimming pool could be a little bigger. However, compared to everything else the hotel offers, it really doesn't matter. The pool has a lovely atmosphere, is very clean and is a great place to relax. We were very happy with our stay.

Odporúčame toto ubytovanie
Pros:

Prístup majiteľa je super. Zaujíma sa o hostí, stará sa, vidieť že mu na svojom podnikaní záleží.
Páčila sa nám poloha, na pláž to bolo skutočne dve tri minútky za hotelom.
Hotel ako taký celkom OK.
Ak očakávate slušne ubytovanie blízko pláže tak potom odporúčame.

Cons:

Je vidieť že turizmus tu je ešte len v počiatkoch, preto neočakávajte ani od tohto hotela, ani celkovo od Albánska takú úroveň služieb a ubytovania ako napr v Chorvatsku.
Ale čo nám najviac vadilo bolo fajčenie na raňajkách - raňajkujete s deťmi a pri vedľajšom stole sa bez problémov fajčí.
Raňajky boli viacmenej každý deň tie isté, neočakávajte výber z jedál ani žiadne cereálie, jogurt, alebo formou bufetu.
Pár takých drobnosti ako chýbajúce poháre na vodu a kefky v kúpeľni, držiak na poháre je nezmyselne pod dávkovačom na mydlo, v izbe žiadna metla a lopatka na upratanie piesku z plaze, upratovanie izieb upratovačkami je na pomerne slabej úrovni.

Nehovoríme to ako veľké negatívum, hotel ako taký môžeme odporučiť. Len hovoríme že je tam veľa malých nedostatkov a dalo by sa popracovať na tom.
