Pros:

Pros:

The one bedroom apartment we rented was fantastic. Very clean, well provisioned including some good coffee. Parking under the building was convenient ($35 for two nights) and in the shade which is good for Phoenix in the summer. Great sheets, comfortable bed, nice shower - all you need in a place to stay.

Cons:

Check-in was really wonkey. There were a couple of young folks at a folding table in the lobby. Did not look professional and seemed confused. They just did not seem to have a grasp on hospitality and procedures. We felt very "on our own". There were not departure procedures so that was a bit awkward as well. The link to the "check-in procedures" sent via email led to a dead link.

Modern but annoying
Pros:

Clean, convenient location, pool.

Cons:

Annoying check in process (digital), parking was pay-parking which was not indicated on the main page on Booking.com (you had to open the sub-menu to see, the main menu just said “parking”)

Great stay for the price but $20 per night parking is ridiculous
Pros:

Fully furnished apartment, very quiet and the bed was cozy. Check-in was easy. I did not use any of the community amenities since my stay was short.

Cons:

Paying for parking!! Approx $20 per night.

Apartment was nice, but it would be helpful to just email the instructions and be more clear

It was clean

Cons:

There was no clear check in. I was emailed a link for instructions to check in, but at arrival the link did not work. There was a 24/7 phone number that also did not work. A tenant let me in and I was able to check in, but I was charged twice! It was only supposed to charge me the 150$ hold but it threw an additional 500$ on my card. I’m still working it out with the hotel. Not to mention the body soap and lotion bottles were empty, and no staff to help with either.

Safe, Great location, Very nice apartment!
Pros:

Safe, location , clean , amazing staff , easy check in and check out. This was my first solo trip and I want to give a huge shout out to the property manager Marquis. He was so hospitable and protective. He made me feel at ease coming and going and greeted everyone with a smile.

great overall experience. would recommend for stays of over 5 days
Pros:

it was a great location in midtown with easy access to transportation. the room was spacious and well appointed, particularly for longer stays.

Cons:

the directions could have been a bit clearer as to location of entrances and elevators and the layout of the room, but it was ultimately undertandable
