Bardzo udany pobyt, czysto, wygodnie. Gorąco polecamy ten obiekt wszystkim odwiedzającym Como
Pros:

Jesteśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni pobytem w Victoria Royal Garden. Patrząc na średnią ocenę na portalu, spodziewaliśmy się po prostu poprawnego noclegu, a dostaliśmy naprawdę wysoki standard.

Lokalizacja: Hotel jest dobrze usytuowany – blisko dworca kolejowego, co ułatwia podróż. Tuż naprzeciwko znajduje się Lidl, w którym można wygodnie zrobić codzienne zakupy. Do samego centrum Como spacer zajmuje zaledwie około 15 minut piechotą.

Pokój i przestrzeń: Mimo że podróżowaliśmy we dwójkę, dostaliśmy przestronny, trzyosobowy mini-apartament. Łóżko było duże i niezwykle wygodne. Na wyposażeniu mieliśmy czyste, duże ręczniki oraz fajną, nowoczesną suszarkę do włosów. Wydajna klimatyzacja. W pokoju było cicho, nie było słychać ulicy.

Aneks i stół: W apartamencie znajdował się duży stół, lodówka oraz czajnik ze szklankami, dzięki czemu mogliśmy spokojnie napić się kawy czy herbaty.

Wspólna łazienka: Mimo że łazienka znajdowała się na korytarzu, w ogóle nie stanowiło to problemu. Była bardzo duża, czysta i za każdym razem bez problemu wolna.

Obsługa: Pan na recepcji bez problemu pozwolił nam przechować bagaże zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Dodatkowo po przyjeździe poczęstował nas zimnym soczkiem z lodówki na ochłodę.

Cons:

Jedynym małym mankamentem w kuchni był brak sztućców (widelców, noży, łyżeczek) oraz talerzy – przy obecności aneksu kuchennego bardzo by się przydały. Włącznik światła umieszczony na korytarzu to raczej drobna osobliwość, która w niczym nam nie przeszkadzała.

Pros:

The only good thing was clean room

Cons:

First: I asked to upgrade room with private bathroom during check in time and was told to pay extra 50EUR (half the price of the room) while on booking.com price difference was 10EUR
Second: my room was in the different building than reception. After 10PM door was locked and I couldn’t enter because I was not given key or even informed that you cannot enter it since reception close at 10PM. Thankfully other people staying in that building opened a door or I would have required to sleep on the street since hotel even doesn’t answer a phone after 10PM.
Worst experience ever and it’s in Como Italy. Unbelievable

Lovely and helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely location and the rooms were tidy, clean, and comfortable. They even have free waters and bottles of juice.

Cons:

The bathroom is a little outdated but it is still all in good working order.
