Everything the facilities were excellent the grounds beautiful and Kim the host was a gem.
a new pod coffee machine is relatively inexpensive and would have added a great touch to breakfast morning and afternoon teas.
Location and was only 6k's out of town. Very quiet with minimal distractions

The openness, the serenity & the memories it brought to me from years gone by.
The fact that I cant visit it more often.
Breakfast was plenty and easy to access, lovely room and enjoyable company of other guests and owner.
Some people may have liked a bit better bathroom but it was in keeping with the homestead.
The property has such character and charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An hair dryer would have been useful. Plus we would have liked to have been able to make a coffee in our room.
The entire setup exceeded our expectations. Kim is extremely approachable and helpful. The house is kept in an excellent condition, being built at the turn of the century and it is polished with all new technology and amenities. We cannot wait to come again.
There is nothing that we did not like. The estate is large and can possibly involve other activities. The tranquility of the place, closeness to the the town are the main positives. We like it exactly as it is.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Blair Athol Estate. Kim is a lovely host and creates a wonderful experience for her guests. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, the house is truly unique. Best wishes, keep up the great work!
