Страхотен, препоръчвам!
Pros:

Страхотна вила на една ръка разстояние от плаж Кукуранес (не се подлъгвайте по локацията, която показва 25 минути ходене, реално са 10). Стаята е оборудвана с всичко, със страхотна веранда с добре поддържан двор и градина. Вилата е близо до Марата бийч и спирка 22 на градския транспорт, което е от голяма важност за този остров. Леглото е удобно, много светла стая, удобна кухня. Домакините са много мили и отзивчиви хора, които са на разположение постоянно, старят се да осигурят удобство на гостите и поддържат страхотна чистота на мястото.
Трябва да знаете, че най-близките магазин и таверна са на 15 минути ходене. Всичко си заслужава, защото вила Нефели е едно чудно място, сгушено в спокойствие, красота и морско настроение!

Ospite super accogliente, ci ha suggerito anche posti dove andare, davvero carinissimo. Zona perfetta per chi vuole fare mare, spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi!

Posizione eccellente a due passi da Maratha beach, giardino curato, doccia esterna funzionale e parcheggio interno sempre disponibile

Pulizia insufficiente, appartamento a piano terra (n. 4) lasciato un pó andare, il pavimento del bagno sempre bagnato, infiltrazioni sul soffitto, acqua non potabile

It is quite a walk to the supermarket, so we recommend you have the groceries delivered to your place.
Pros:

Beautiful area, full of greenery, nice playground for smaller kids, lovely terrace to have breakfast and lunch at. Too much sunshine for dinners. We received all the necessary instructions and tourist information well in advance from the amazing Ioannidis Panagiotis who replied to all our additional questions and requests at any time of the day. We loved the daily cleaning service and changing of towels and sheets every 3 days. The towels were the softest and the best smelling towels that we have ever had in a similar type of accommodation.

Cons:

We had some issues with the AC, which was reported and fixed but the issue persisted, so we learned how to fix it ourselves.

Pros:

the location is great, close to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. It is also easy to reach by bus

Cons:

There were some stains on the bedsheets and the the shower only had a tent to close it so the water easily got to the floor

Overall ok for a short trip
Pros:

On the positive side, the bed was large and comfortable, and the room was a bit more spacious than I expected. It was a full apartment, which was definitely a plus. The villa also looked lovely from the outside and had a beautiful garden. Unfortunately, those were the main highlights of our stay.

Cons:

The accommodation lacked some basic facilities. For example, there wasn’t even coffee available, so we had to buy our own iced coffees and keep them in the fridge. They weren’t particularly good and definitely didn’t replace having a proper hot coffee first thing in the morning.

Another downside was the location. The nearest bus stop was about a seven-minute uphill walk away, which became quite inconvenient, especially when making the trip multiple times a day. Also the air conditioning was not working properly but felt safe enough to sleep with the open balcony door

Pros:

Apartment is spacious and the furnishing is very sufficient - there is enough space for everything. The use of terrace and garden around the building is also very nice. We really enjoyed the care of Viktoria, always present on the premises, who provides the cleaning and fresh sheets and towels in the middle of the week (we were staying 7 days). We also appreciated the friendly welcome and the tips and information provided by Ioannidis Panagiotis. Thank you!

Cons:

The beds are a bit hard, and sleeping for the third person on the even harder couch is really not suitable for a week stay. It can get noisy at night, if there is someone coming in late at night to the top floor apartment. There could be a bit more ware in the kitchen.

Pros:

Great location, close to the beach. Good sized clean room, new furniture and comfy beds. Host Ioannidis Panagiotis was very helpful during our stay, available on WhatsApp from when we landed to check in and answer any questions.
