Cons:

The rooms were really small, tiny rooms. Hygiene was a big big issue, there was a cockroach in the water kettle. The towels were smelly too.
2nd day of my stay and there was no running water in the taps, major inconvenience faced by all the guests. Staff were not willing to help. Totally disappointed with the service and the attitude of staff. Will never go there or recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

No fire exit, rooms were really down but I guess that’s why the price was so cheap. Couldn’t go downstairs case properly because there was stuff blocking stairs slightly. Dirt stay ended up leaving to stay at another hotel. Staff wasn’t smiley or friendly

I liked the location only. Nothing else attracted me of tje hotel. That's all the liking things about the hotel.

Cons:

Our booking was cancelled by them and infront of us. They unethically took our PIN and cancelled our booking on our behalf though we didn't ask for that. That's why we were charged for. It felt they cheated us from day one. First day after cancelling our rooms they send us to another poor hotel at Bandra. Next day they brought us in their hotel and gave us a very poor room where somone cant even move freely but the other room was nice. In fact they took the language advantage and cheated us with everything.

Our stay at Treebo Amber Imperial was extremely disappointing. The overall hygiene and maintenance were appalling, and the property looked nothing like the photos online. Many of the light fixtures were either non-functional or flickering erratically. Some of the front desk staff were outright rude, displaying an attitude completely inappropriate for the hospitality industry.

To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches in both the rooms and bathrooms. This property is certainly not worth the money, and I strongly advise others not to stay here.

The only saving grace was the decent breakfast and a few staff members who were polite and helpful. Beyond that, the best part of our experience was the front door — which we were glad to walk out of.

Excellent service and assistance, very calm and refreshing
Pros:

The stay has been extremely comfortable and relaxing, from room service to house keeping & even the front desk being available for us 24/7. The staff has been very polite and gracious with us. Thank you so much to the hotel & all the staff members!
