Cons:

My experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The staff provided very poor service, and even after multiple requests, there was no Wi‑Fi access. The TV was present but had no connection, again unresolved despite asking several times. I booked a room for three people, but it was cramped and uncomfortable. The level of hospitality was far below expectations.

I never seen this kind of hotel anywhere ,bugs in beds ,water issues ,wifi issues ,no towels ,dust waste all over the parking area ,too worst omg that's really waste ,the pillows aare like for sure they were many years ago ,but they covered with white nice pillow covers ,too many bugs got rashes for my mother ,she is cancer patient ,I really got frustrated to stay here ,no slep at all ,getting too much itching due to bugs in beds ,and ambience in hotel and parking area is too worst ,I felt to give a complaint on it ,i and to get my money refund back seriously .what I saw is I asked him the room is not fine I need another room so he gave all the other 5 room keys and I checked all were same omg that's hahah never imagined that way ,I request all not to go to that hotel .

Pros:

During my stay, I found a cockroach in my room and even on the bed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Regardless of the category or price of a hotel, guests should at least be provided with a clean, hygienic, and pest-free room.

Very very bad experience, disappointed with Booking.com kept such partner ship with such bad hotels

No hygiene, blankets are very dirty and walls are so bad. Someone spit on the walls, bathrooms are so dirty and bad smell
