Watchman denied having received any booking confirmation & sent us back . Receptionist was sleeping
Pros:

Regret to inform you, no rooms were available at the booked hotel. No person was available at the reception. Only person available was the watchman & be was also sleeping. Receptionist was also sleeping in his room & refused to comeout from his room.


We visited to property at around 9am though our check time was 12.00noon.   Watchman was very adamant & denied having received any notification & Said that there is no guarantee of rooms getting vacated even after 12.30 pm.  We were very tired. Above all, Oyo website was saying about free cancellation.  And above all it was not our fault.. Therefore, request you to kindly reimburse full amount paid while booking the room.  Hope you will do justice with me

Very worst service. No change of blankets even after asking multiple times. Rude workers. Worst maintenance.
