Gardenia Casa Vacanze

The receptionist worked very unusual hours. We were told online that we could check in early, but when we arrived, we were told that if she didn’t call us by 1 p.m., we’d have to wait until 3 p.m. We went back at 3:30 p.m., but she still wasn’t there and never returned that day. Thankfully, one of the cleaners told us that the receptionist had left a key for us, but no one had informed us.

The room had only two working plug sockets. Something from the balcony above was leaking onto ours, leaving it constantly wet. The shower was very small and flooded quickly, as the drain appeared to be blocked. There were no large mirrors, the bedsheets smelled damp, and the floors were quite dirty. Overall, the rooms are in need of a refurbishment.

The pool area was nice, but the sun loungers were very flimsy. We saw several people fall off them, and it happened to us a couple of times as well.

The location was ok, around a two-minute walk to the beach and 30 min minute walk to the old town, which was convenient. However, for the price, there are much nicer hotels and apartments in the area that offer a better overall experience.

We had apartment with 1 room, 2 adults slept in bedroom and 2 people slept in the living room on the sofa. Sofa for sleeping- the bottom was a matress with springs and was very squeaky, the bedding smelled as if it wasn't washed, the pillows smelled of bleach, some of the towels were dirty (a clump of hair), bathroom smelled of piss. The pan was unuseable. The kitchen had only basic necesities.
Very loud, you could hear everything- the neighbors, street, etc. It was like this until about 2am and started again at 6am. (Just a bit on what to expect)

La pulizia delle camere andrebbe fatta meglio inclusi i balconi. Nella camera con l'aria condizionata davanti al letto andrebbe messo un plexiglas per non avere l'aria fredda addosso.

Uncomfortable bed , zero cleaning on 10 nights

Ludzie zajmowali leżaki od rana z których potem nie korzystali w ciągu dnia, leżały na nich ręczniki i nikt się nie pojawiał przez kilka godzin a my w tym czasie nie mogliśmy z nich skorzystać.

Położenie nie dla osób, które liczą na wypoczynek. Gęsta zabudowa, obok absolutnie głośna ulica, na której głęboką nocą odbywają się rajdy samochodowe, spotkania motocyklistów testujących moc gaźników oraz konkursy śpiewów nietrzeźwych urlopowiczów szukających miejsca na odpoczynek. Ponieważ wejście na basen (do klatki schodowej w sumie też) jest otwarte, najwięksi desperaci trafiają nocą na leżaki i chwilę ochłody w basenie.

Łóżka, niewygodne, zwłaszcza te dla dzieci.

Se supone que habia 2 sofa camas, pero la segunda sofa cama era un colchón en el suelo
Ademas no tenia utilidades de cocina para poder cocinar nada, la terazza estaba muy sucia, el ascensor no funcionaba bien y daba miedo, habia gente gritando em los pasillos por la noches
En general muy mal y decepcionada

Extra-costs for many things, like baby chair and baby bed …
Pots and pans are not enough for families
For the money spent I would have expected at least a welcome kit with bath soap and cleaning soap, salt etc.

Zdecydowanie recepcja nie kojarzy się dobrze. Pierwsze wrażenie niestety było słabe.
