We complained about the room cleanliness like cockroaches and mosquito not in 1 room rather in all 5 rooms we booked. Neither Hotel nor booking.com took action even after lodging complaint. And you ask for review .

WORST EXPERIENCE I've been through in more than 10 years of using booking.com AVOID!

Nothing at all. The entire experience was stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined our final night. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent the night dealing with relocation, stress, and uncertainty. There was absolutely no effort from the property to make things right or show any basic hospitality.

Cons:

On the day of check-in, at 23:30, I was suddenly informed that the Triple Room I had booked and paid for was no longer available. We were forced to relocate in the middle of the night to a different property at our own expense. The room we were given actually cost less than what we paid for, yet we still received no refund for the difference, They simply profited at our expense and could not have cared less. Instead of a triple room, we were given a double room with an unmade mattress, placed on the floor, not even a proper bed in a cheaper property and room though we paid for a TRIPLE ROOM, did not even bother to arrange it at least. The staff were extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and refused any responsibility or compensation. The whole situation felt dishonest and misleading, and in my experience it felt like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this property. THEY TOLD US THAT WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO THEM THAT WE AT LEAST RECEIVED SOMETHING. UNIMAGINABLE

Worst of all I had experienced
Pros:

Nothing to describe as such. Everything was disappointing and uncleaned

Cons:

Absolute waste of money, no toiletries , no proper room service, even basic requirements like shampoo not available. Horrible experience.

Ok stay
Pros:

The hotel is value for money. It was a clean space provided. Room was a bit tiny but was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful as well.

Cons:

Our keys were not working and each time we have to tell the reception staff to come and open the door for us.
We were informed that dinner would take 45 minutes but it took way longer than that and we believe that they order the food and that's why it took so much of time. Though the food was good, it would be good to communicate that they would not cook inhouse.
