Charming and luxurious.
Pros:

Overall atmosphere is luxurious yet informal and charming. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very cohesive, minimalistic but still practical layout . The breakfast in the room adds to appeal where one can eat in loungewear without having to dress up to go to a restaurant.The sauna/ spa is another luxury touch and great after a long hiking day .
I would go back there every time !

Our second visit to Firefly. A perfect base for a Summer or Winter break in Zermatt.
Pros:

Stunning apartment with fabulous views of the Matterhorn. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bar and pool area. Easy walk to cable cars and centre of town.

Nothing negative.

Outstanding! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.
Pros:

Der Spa-Bereich sowie dir Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten den Spa-Bereich für uns alleine. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und cooles Konzept mit der Frühstücklieferung aufs Zimmer. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Nichts. Es war alles super.

Worth to stay for couple of days
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and in the suite

The Sauna and hot tub was nice and relaxing

Cons:

The Bed sheets could be a bit better including the pillows, but over all were good not excellent

Pros:

Die Suite war sehr komfortabel. Vor allem das Sofa war das Beste auf der Welt. Das Spa und Fitnessstudio waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Massage war Weltklasse und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!
