Für eine Geschäftsreise optimal!
Pros:

Für eine Geschäftsreise mit anschließender Erholung ein gutes Hotel! Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Der Anschluss zum Zug ist optimal für einen Stadtbesuch in Karlsbad.

Cons:

Der defekte Teppichboden im Zimmer! Gäste benützen ohne Duschen den Wellnessbereich.

Es war wirklich schön und auch im Wellness für ganz ruhig. Nettes Personal. Schon bei der Anreise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind zu hoch. Für das Service was wir bekommen haben. Der Kellner war sehr nett aber er hat immer was vergessen, wir müssten ihm es immer sagen. Im so einem Schloss sollen die Kellner Erfahrungen haben und sich um die Gäste kümmern auch wenn Restaurant leer ist. Wir kommen wieder aber gehen lieber irgendwo anders essen.

The staff were exceptional—friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The spa was excellent, clean, and very well maintained.

The breakfast and the welness access were very good and included. Parking place free.

Wunderbar erholsam in der Natur
Pros:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der fantastische Wellnessbereich. Wir waren fast immer alleine.
Es gab tolle Massage Düsen und das Schwimmbad ist wirklich groß genug, um gut schwimmen zu können. Auch die drei Saunen und der Duschbereich hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig ein fantastischer, schöner Park, in dem wir mit unserem Hund spazieren konnten.
