Location was close to everything. Bed was comfy and clean staff are friendly.
No hot water.
The breakfast was good albeit a bit pricey
If the manager had given me my change from checking in, he said I would receive my change the next day, lt was never offered, and I never asked for it, had it been offered I would have given it to them, and for that reason I never tipped anyone and used very little facilities there

The staff were accommodating, always greeting guests with a smile. The hotel itself was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
I didn't have any major complaints about the hotel. The only issue I noticed was that the water had a slight yellowish tint.

It’s only convenient for people who process their passport coz the DFA is only across the street l. But for people who’s on vacation it’s not advisable.
The people in information desk are less communication. I asked the front desk if there’s a shuttle that can send me to airport it says yes and only payed cash. Unfortunately the day of my check out the lady in the front desk she was asleep and just woke up when I told her I’m about to check out and I want to avail their service to send me to the airport and she said that we don’t have service to send you at this hour which I my flight is 6:35 departure so I have to be in the airport at 4:00 am only tricycle outside. I was very disappointed of trusting the words of that hotel for the service but not!
The door was too noisy
New and clean, Great food, close to mall.
