Pros:

Great location, super friendly staff, helped me park my car. The room was on the basic side, but it was clean and comfortable. Two common areas overlooking the river were really nice also. They gave me a room away from the street and I am glad, because the noise from the cars probably would have made it difficult to sleep

Would be nice if they accepted credit cards, but I understand

Pros:

Tesis çok güzel ve temizdi. Görmek istediğimiz her yere yakındı. Sahibi ve personeli çok sıcak ve güleryüzlüydü. Türkçe konuştuk ve bizi samimi karşılayıp her türlü problemi anında çözdüler. Bir daha Prizrene gitsem sadece bu otelde kalırım.

Gerçekten çok ilgili çok yakın davranarak bu gezimize güzel dostluklar eklememiz sağladılar. Ayrıca otelin kahvaltı sistemine bayıldık otelin merkezi bir yerde olması vakit kaybetmeden geminize odaklanmaniza sebep oluyor odalar temiz ve eksiksizdi. Zaten bir sorununuz olursada zaten bütün içtenlikle ve samimiyetleriyle hemen hallediyorlar. Rıdvan beye, Berat beye ve Adnan beye anılarımızı yeni güzellikler kattıkları icin tesekkurler

A fantastic hotel in a great historic city.
Pros:

It looked over the river and the castle was in sight. There was a wonderful sitting room at the end of the hall. Decor was authentic Kosovo. The owner was extremely helpful.
