Waitedhour half for dinner. Notice on board saying sitting 5.45. Reception said be there at6.00 pm. We got our main meal at 6.45.! Just two serving. Water on table but no glasses. Room not that clean.
Entertainment was brilliant made up for some of the rest. Bar was good.

Location was great right by the pier staff were lovely and helpful
Room was at the back on the car park which was noisy. Beds are uncomfortable and there was stains on the curtains and ceiling. Very out dated.
The location was good. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good.
There was a bad smell in the hotel , especially in the lift. Then when we went to our room the smell in the bathroom was horrendous, it took our breath away. We were moved to a different room which was a bit better.The shower was a bit grotty. The entire hotel needs an upgrade.
