Ubicación muy buena se podían ver las ballenas desde mi habitación
Me parece absurdo que cobren adicional por usar la mejor pileta, puedo entender que te podamos reservar horario de uso pero que te cobren un adicional es algo que deberían avisar antes de si quiera pensar en reservar. Un robo en ese aspecto

El desayuno fue espectacular, también buena variedad para celíacos..igual la cena en el restaurante, muy rico con buenas selecciones para celíacos. La habitación bien amplia con una vista hermosa al mar
La amabilidad del personal de recepción
En el menú, los precios son sin IVA!! Te das cuenta cuando pedis la cuenta. Son 21% más caros y medio pelo.
En las habitaciones se escuchan todas las de al lado
No tienen una pava eléctrica para calentar agua en la habitación
No tiene estacionamiento. Lo cobran aparte y hay lugar para 6 autos
Los baños no tienen ventilación forzada, sólo una rejilla que no extrae nada. Muy olorosos!!

Me pareció carísimo el Restaurante, fui a comer a uno de los lugares más renombrados de Madryn y había una diferencia de $40.000 con relación a lo que pagué en el hotel

Las habitaciones eran amplias y bien equipadas. Limpio. El desayuno era muy bueno.
El acceso a la pileta del spa estaba restringido y se pagaba aparte.
